Roles
1. Admin (Owner)
Full Access: Can see all pages.
Financials: View P&L, Net Profit, and Stock Value.
User Mgmt: Create/Delete other users.
Settings: Change business details.
2. Staff / Manager
Restricted Access: designed for counter sales.
Allowed: Create Sales, Create Purchases, View Inventory.
Blocked: Cannot see P&L, cannot Delete invoices, cannot change Settings.
Creating a User
1Go to Super Admin > Accounts (or Settings > Users if on Single Tenant).
2Click Create User.
3Assign a Username and Password.
4Select the Role.
Managing Staff Access
BatteryWala allows you to create multiple user accounts (Staff) under your main Admin account. This is crucial for security and tracking who did what.
Roles

Creating a User
1Go to Super Admin > Accounts (or Settings > Users if on Single Tenant).
2Click Create User.
3Assign a Username and Password.
4Select the Role.
Security Note: Never share your Admin password. If a staff member leaves, simply bloack their account or change their password immediately.
