Having trouble? Check these solutions first.

Login Issues

Q: I forgot my password.

A: Contact your Super Admin. They can reset it from the Accounts page. If you are the Super Admin, contact support.

Q: "User Blocked" message.

A: Your account has been suspended. Check your subscription status or contact the owner.

Printing

Q: Invoice prints are too small.

A: Check your printer settings. Ensure Scale is set to 100% and Paper Size is A4 or Thermal (80mm) depending on your printer.

Q: Urdu text is broken.

A: Ensure you have the Noto Nastaliq Urdu font installed on your system if the web font fails to load.

Do not clear your browser cache if you have "Offline Mode" enabled, as unsynced data might be lost. (Offline mode is coming in v2.1).
