Adding a New Product
1Go to Inventory > New Product.
2Brand: Select from the list (AGS, Exide, Phoenix) or type to create a new one.
3Model Name: The commercial name (e.g., *GL-100*, *N-120*).
4Application: What is this used for? (Solar, Car, UPS, Bike).
5Technical Specs:
Amps (Ah): Capacity (e.g., 180Ah).
Volts (V): Usually 12V.
Plates: Number of plates (e.g., 11 Plate).
6Pricing:
Cost Price: Your buying rate (Last purchase price).
Sale Price: Your counter selling price.
Editing Products
The Item Master
The backbone of your shop is the Product Catalog. You must define products before you can buy or sell them.

1Go to Inventory > New Product.
2Brand: Select from the list (AGS, Exide, Phoenix) or type to create a new one.

Editing Products
Click on any product in the Inventory Table to edit its details. Note that changing the name updates it historically for reports too.
