Sales Returns

Processing a Return

1Go to Sales > New Sale.
2Toggle the mode to "Return / Refund" (if available) OR create a negative invoice.
*Note: In v1.0, returns are handled via the "Sales Return" module specifically.*

Steps

1Navigate to Sales > Returns.
2Select the Customer.
3Add the Item being returned.
4Enter the Refund Amount.
If Cash Return: The amount is deducted from your daily cash.
If Credit Adjustment: The amount is credited to the customer's ledger.

Sales Returns

Batteries often come back due to warranty issues or wrong model selection.

Returned items are automatically added back to your inventory stock. Ensure the item is actually in sellable condition before accepting it.
