Speed Billing

Creating a Sale

1Customer: Defaults to "Walking Customer" (Cash Sale). Search for a regular client for Credit Sales.
2Date: Defaults to Today. Admins can backdate invoices if necessary.
3Adding Items:
Focus is on the "Product Search" bar.
Type "GL" to see all GL models.
Press Enter to add to cart.
Adjust Qty and Price if you are giving a special discount.
4Discount:
You can apply a fixed discount (e.g., Rs. 500 off) on the total bill.
5Payment:
Received: Amount cash taken.
Balance: Auto-calculated change to return.
6Submit:
Saves the invoice.
Deducts Stock.
Updates Customer Ledger (if credit).
Prints the Invoice PDF.

Use the Tab key to move quickly between fields without using a mouse. This speeds up billing significantly.
